Every caregiver goes through identity and background checks, credential verification with issuing bodies, an in-person skills assessment by our nursing supervisors, and reference checks with previous employers. Only a fraction of applicants make it through. Vetting doesn't stop at hiring, either: supervisors conduct ongoing home visits throughout every placement.
